Lugar Plaza the downtown park behind the government building opens its doors on weekends and allows visitors to relax, play and learn. All the activities are free and enjoyable for any age group.

This weekend they held a special watercolor in the park day, which allowed anyone to come and enjoy painting outdoors while experiencing downtown life. Classes were held by Beth A. Designs.
